Upset my dog's stomach

We got these for occasional treats for our 13 yo Maltese mix female. She is often fussy with food and treats but seemed to readily take these and spend a lot of time chewing on them, which I assumed was good for her teeth. But we had to throw them away when we noted that her poop was loose and turned bright yellow! As soon as she went without them her feces returned to a normal appearance.
